Enjoying a south-westerly pool position within a secure gated community, our well appointed villa with private screened pool is perfectly situated just off Highway 192 with all of its excellent shopping and restaurant facilities.

Both of the Masters have Luxury King size beds, TV's, walk-in closets and large en-suite bathrooms, telephones and alarm clocks.There are a further 3 good-sized bedrooms, 1 Queen and 2 Twins plus 1 full bathroom, located between the two twins, and one 1/2 bathroom.

A large family room, a well appointed kitchen with breakfast bar and dining nook, and a smaller quiet room with sleeper couch complete the picture. Amongst many facilities are 2 DVD players, a video recorder, a CD/stereo player, TV’s in all the bedrooms and a 32” TV in the family room. There is also a PS2, which also plays DVD's and games, plus board games and books for both children and grown-ups. We have provided bikes (2 adults + 2 childrens) and fishing rods for your use.

We have add a games room for additional enjoyment. In it there is a pool table, foosball table, air hockey and darts.

Summer '07 we have added solar heating to the pool, and high speed wireless internet for your use. We have also upgraded the downstairs master bedroom bed and furnishings.
