Prices are for the villa not per person, they include all linens, towels, departure clean, pool cleaning and 13% local Florida taxes.
Spa/Hot Tub heating is included and is not optional.
For stays of less than 6 nights there will be a charge of £65/$105 for cleaning
To secure booking a non refundable deposit of £250/$400 is payable along with completed booking form.
10 Weeks prior to travel date, the balance along with a refundable security deposit £200/$350 becomes payable.
Payment maybe made by personal cheque/check or bank/wire transfer to our bank account or by credit card (a 4.0% service fee will be charged)
Optional Extras
Electric Pool Heating is recommended during the cooler months (Nov - April) at £90/$150 per week, this must be paid in advance.
Mid Stay Clean - prior booking required - £65/$105 per clean
Welcome Basket - Bread, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Soda/soft drinks, Beer/Wine, Cereal, Eggs, Bacon etc. Standard $50 Large $65
