Our luxury detached Florida home has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms and is perfectly located just 10 minutes from Disney World.

There are two spacious master bedrooms both of which over-look the lake and one has a balcony while the other has direct access to the pool. The other three bedrooms consist of one double and two twins one of which is layed out in a disney theme. All the bedrooms have clock radios and cable TV, there is a PS2 and 25 games, a DVD player in the disney room and one of the masters has a video recorder. The pool area has plenty of furniture and the best view over the lake. The pool area has a fan and lighting for those evenings outside, and no need to worry about bugs as the pool area is completly screened to keep them out.

The Villa is not over-looked by anyone else as you have the lake at the rear of the villa and a conservation area to the front.

The Family room features a 32" TV, DVD player and a stereo system. We also have a selection of books including childrens and board games for your entertainment.

There is a separate smaller lounge with a sleeper couch and a dining table for those quiet moments.

The laundry room is equiped with large washing machine and separate dryer, also there is an ironing board and steam iron.

All bed linen, towels, pool/beach towels are provided. We have put hairdryers in the villa for your convience. Also for your use there is a cot, stroller (buggy) high-chair and bikes (2 adult & 2 childrens).

You also have the option of the pool being heated, recommended from November to April.
